Yamamoto® Research Normolax® 12 sachets of 5,5 grams. Normolax® is a dietary supplement containing Psyllium, but which includes a further "prebiotic" component such as FOS (fruit-oligosaccharides) that resist enzymatic degradation of the gastrointestinal tract and represent the nutrient substrate of microorganisms.
