What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at SuperfoodUK are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee (from date of receipt). We also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests/queries. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within the 14-day returns period (see above). No open packages of any food or supplement products are eligible for return due to the nature of the products — these products must be in the factory sealed container in which they were provided. All other products can be returned if opened, provided they are in good condition. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt to receive authorisation and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Our customer service team will then work alongside you to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Right of Cancellation (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Please note that this right does not apply to perishable goods or sealed food/supplement products that have been opened, due to health and hygiene reasons.
