Sriracha is named after the coastal town of Si Racha in Thailand, and this German take on the classic sauce stars fermented red peppers and garlic. The spicy kick comes from Habanero chillies that have been specially grown in Hessen, Germany. With a real depth of flavour, this vegan, gluten-free sauce is perfect for adding to stews, stir-fries and avocado toast, or mixing with mayonnaise to make a delicious dip.
