Here comes our fermented, lively version of the Mexican classic. For this mildly spicy hot sauce, we ferment green peppers and garlic for several months. The "Bioland" habanero chillies and cumin, grown especially for us in Hesse, provide a good aroma and the right sharpness punch. White wine vinegar and some cane sugar complete the taste. That brings flavor and good living fermentation microorganisms to your plate!
