Description
These classic Greek olives from the southern Peloponnese are recognisable by their shiny, purple skin and oval shape. Kalamatas are often referred to as the ‘King of the table olives’ or ‘King of the olive table.’ Preserved in brine and wine vinegar, they can be used for the perfect Greek salad or enjoy with cheese and crackers.
