The natural fruit sugar enhances the flavour and the high level of fructose gives a sweet taste despite the lower total concentration of sugar. The fruit sugar in St. Dalfour 100% fruit spread contributes to a reduction in the glycemic index. Their experts carefully choose the best fruit to produce high-quality products. This is then slowly cooked at a low temperature in concentrated fruit juice before being vacuum packed in glass jars. This process locks in not only quality, but also a rich, fruity flavour. Very strict quality control inspections occur throughout the production process.
