Yuzu is a delicious citrus fruit from Asia. It's flavour has notes of grapefuit, lime and tangerine - Lightly carbonated, low calorie and made only with natural ingredients (Vegan Society approved) Something & Nothing, a premium drinks brand which quenches the palate and mind of the curious modern consumer. Our seltzers were created for those people looking for a new type of soft drink; a lightly carbonated beverage which doesn't sacrifice taste to be low calorie, is made only from natural ingredients and is significantly lower in sugar than traditional soft drinks. There is no weird stuff, added sugar or fake sweeteners. We tried making seltzers without any calories but as hard as we tried we never thought the flavour was good enough. So we use grape juice to add a little sweetness (this is the ‘sugar’ - but obviously is natural juice) and lemon juice to balance everything out, then add extracts, botanicals and juices to create our uniquely refreshing seltzers. Our cans are made from infinitely recyclable aluminium and are packed in cardboard (no plastic wrapping).
