The Sissel Light Fit Tubes are resistance tubes for wellness, aerobics, rehabilitation and muscle strengthening/coordination as well as an aid to improve posture and for stretching exercises for the upper body and legs.  The flexible silicon handles are hygienic and offer a better grip whilst exercising whilst the 1.4m (approx) tube comes in a light resistance.
