Our quality protein sources include whey protein, total milk protein, the excellent micellar casein and egg protein. These sources have various amino acid profiles so it makes sense to combine them. This formula that can be used any time during the day, including before going to bed. This also means that Fourstar Protein is great for muscle gaining.
