The dormant grain bursts into life and all sorts of good things happen. Once a small sprout appears we stop the germination by drying the oats, then we roll them into these flakes, perfect for porridge. Ingredients Sprouted gluten free porridge OATS (100%). Directions n a pan - Bring to a boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes until most of the water has cooked down, stirring occasionally. Microwave - Pour the oats & half the liquid into a bowl. Cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Add half the remaining liquid, cook for 1 minute, then stir.
