The process involved in making our Micellar Casein is ultra filtration that is carried out at low temperature to capture every single valuable milk protein in its native form. By using a low temperature, we are able to carefully filter out unwanted fat and sugars without harming the protein molecules, resulting in an exceptional casein powder. Our Micellar Casein does not contain any other types of added protein, including soy, glycine or anything that would water the product down.
