Profusion Organic Red Lentil Pasta is a gluten free, grain free pasta packed with protein and a good source of fibre, for a fulfilling and tasty alternative to traditional wheat pasta without the starchy carbs. Easy to cook with a good texture.
Cooking instructions: Cook the pasta in boiling water (about 1 litre of water per 100g pasta) for 9-10 minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite toppings and sauces.
