Organico Porsiti Risotto mixes are made by our rice partner based near Biancé in the heart of the century-old rice fields of the Northern Po valley, the Picco family which has cultivated rice here since 1878. The Picco family is dedicated to the environmental stewardship of the land and to preserving the culture and cultivation of rice. Only their own rice is used in our risotto mixes which are made to a traditional family recipe.
