Made to our own recipes, Organico vegetarian Bolognese sauce is a great meat-less ragu. With more than 1 kg of tomatoes used in every jar, our delicious red pepper and balsamic sauce is highly concentrated, packed full of flavour and should be diluted when heated up with between ½ to 1 jar of water. Add parmesan when served for the real ragu taste of Bologna.
