Description

Meridian free from tikka masala is a rich sauce of tomato, coconut and coriander where the ingredients are specially selected to be free from dairy products, wheat and gluten. The sauce can be used for a variety of occasions, being suitable with meat, fish vegetables or quorn.

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables, or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until cooked thoroughly.
