Description

Meridian free from cooking sauce is a rich Korma sauce with coconut, almonds and spices where the ingredients are specially selected to be free from dairy products, wheat and gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable with meat, fish, vegetables or Quorn.

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables, or Quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until cooked thoroughly.
