Deliciously light vanilla vegan meringues. Each one is lovingly handmade using unrefined sugar and aquafaba. Unrefined sugar is much easier for our bodies to process, while still providing the perfect sweetness for baking. We use aquafaba (aka 'water bean' or 'chickpea water') to create completely vegan meringues. With a similar viscosity to egg white, it can be whisked up to create that classic fluffy meringue texture. It’s important to us that our vegan treats are 100% natural, that’s why we never add any artficial colours, flavours or preservatives.
