Description
Lutein is naturally found in dark, leafy green vegetables. Lutein is a carotenoid derived from the plant pigment xanthophyll, and lutein is also found naturally in the eye. Each capsule provides both lutein and zeaxanthin. This supplement contains no animal products (gelatine-free, dairy-free, etc.) and is registered with the Vegan Society. Easy to take, contains 15mg Lutein and 7mg Zeaxanthin. Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
