Description

Fusilli, like so many other pasta formats, come from southern Italy. Their name comes from "melted", a tool around which the wool was wrapped. The IRIS semolin fusilli are drawn in bronze, this makes it possible to make the pasta rougher and porous, perfect for absorbing sauces and enhancing their flavor. The IRIS semolin fusilli are produced with Italian hard grains, coming directly from our agricultural supply chain.
