Hilltop Honey raw organic Acacia honey has been harvested from Acacia trees on certified Organic lands in Europe. This has been a very hard product to source as most organic honey is put through a harsh packing environment like most honeys and loses all it’s goodness from he enzymes being killed off by the heat process. This is quite possibly the most purest form of eating honey as the bees or the flowers they gather nectar from haven’t been exposed to chemicals and the honey itself hasn’t been heated up.
