This ground Honduras Pico Pijol Coffee by Grumpy Mule is produced from organic and Fairtrade coffee beans by the farmers of the COMISUYL co-operative in the village of Subirana on the fringes of the Pico Pijol national park. This is a coffee growing region was devastated by an outbreak of coffee rust but determined to return to coffee growing they invested their resources into sustainable and environmentally friendly production techniques. This is a delicious medium to strong strength coffee .
