Salsa Macha is a crushed chilli paste originally from Veracruz, Mexico. Our Salsa Macha is made in Mexico from an authentic recipe using a blend of dried Mexican chillies. Ground and fried in oil, we add peanuts for crunch, garlic and a dash of dark agave syrup to balance the flavour. Salsa Macha is the irresistible, “secret” crunchy and nutty cooking ingredient and condiment you will want to put in and on everything!
