Description

Fsc betaine hydrochloride and pepsin is a combination of the nutritional form of stomach acid plus pepsin. It's for people unable to produce sufficient stomach acid. Stomach acid production also tends to decrease with age.

Betaine hydrochloride is a source of hydrochloric acid, a necessary secretion of the stomach to maintain protein digestion and nutrient absorption. Pepsin is protein-digesting enzyme found naturally in the stomach. It contains no artificial flavours or preservatives, no added sugar, salt or colours, gluten free, wheat free, yeast free, dairy free, soya free and corn free.
