Description

This healthier baking sugar is derived from the sap of the coconut blossom. It is simply extracted and heated to produce this medium sweet molasses sugar. Use like any brown sugar 1:1, it gives a delicious caramel undertone. Excellent when paired with chocolate. Providing a lower gi of 35 vs. 67 vs. refined sugar and has 30% less fructose.
