Biona Organic Rapadura Wholecane Sugar is a wonderful, whole food sugar that captures the sweet essence of unrefined sugar cane juice. Rapadura (also known as Panela) is the pure juice extracted from the sugar cane, using a press. It is then evaporated over a low heat, whilst being stirred, then ground to produce a grainy sugar fine texture with a unique caramel flavour.
