Belazu Beldi Preserved Lemons are hand sorted and graded for size and quality. They are then hand packed to ensure that the fruit doesn’t bruise and retains its fragrant aroma. It adds delicate citrus flavour to tagines, roast chicken, fish, salsas and salads all kinds of Mediterranean cooking. It is a speciality of the Southern Mediterranean. No added flavourings, colours or preservatives. It is gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly. 220 g (drained weight).
