Description

This medium to hot curry sauce is made with a blend of creamy ground cashews, tomatoes and spices that gives this sauce a smooth, nutty and warm flavour. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively add extra vegetables such as a potato, peppers or chopped tomato. Ideal for all types of curries.
