Description

Alfez authentic Moroccan style harissa paste is a smooth hot paste of chillies, tomatoes and garlic. Use a teaspoon of Harissa with your meal as a table condiment. Add a little couscous or mix into soups for an extra kick. Alternatively, mix with mayonnaise to make a delicious spicy dip. Harissa is used to add flavour to curries and stews and as a spice in Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. It is suitable for vegetarians.
