All-in-one complete curry base made by using fresh onions, ginger, garlic and tomatoes infused with special Punjabi spices. The Butter Chicken Curry Base has been perfected using large pieces of onion and tantalising spices. Charlie has created this recipe without using butter. Add as much or as little as you like for a wonderful buttery taste.
