Omega 6 is an essential fatty acid, which means it is needed by the body but cannot be produced by it, so must be consumed in the diet or via supplements. Each capsule provided 1000 mg evening primrose oil, containing 80 mg of the Omega 6 Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA).
