Shoyu is a full-bodied soya sauce, made from whole soya beans and not chemically processed soya meal. It is ideal in the kitchen as a savoury seasoning in stews,soups,dips and dressings or on the table as a tasty condiment which enhances the taste and flavour of many foods.
