Each Probioguard capsule provides 4 billion live bacteria consisting of four carefully selected strains of bacteria, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus, which have been widely used in clinical studies.
