This mackerel is fished and then immediately packed in Scotland, with only the addition of local, fresh spring water. Mackerel has the highest quantity of heart-healthy omega 3 and omega 6 than any other fish. This oily fish is highly recommended for a healthy diet, as it is rich in essential oils, minerals and vitamins.
