Biona amaranth popcorn can be mixed with other breakfast cereals, eaten on its own or used in baking. Puffed amaranth is usually used as a breakfast cereal. It's perfectly good on its own - just add milk for a consistency that's somewhere between muesli and porridge.
And of course, you can add dried fruit and nuts for an exciting muesli mix!
You can also add puffed amaranth to many baking recipes - simply add to any biscuit mix to give biscuits a softer, more "cookie-like" consistency.
