BCAA G-FORCE 1150 contains branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and L-glutamine. BCAA G-FORCE 1150 is a universal amino acid matrix recommended for all athletes, in particular strength, speed-strength and endurance disciplines. The recommended daily allowance is 12 capsules. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take a single serving of the product - 6 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime.
