The R3load post-workout formula has been specifically engineered to provide a complete recovery with no need for additional supplements, particularly crucial if you have additional sessions planned later in the day. R3load is made up of advanced proteins, in a whey protein containing formula, which supports the maintenance and growth of muscle mass; an advanced carbohydrate matrix with different release-times, meaning that you'll get an immediate hit of energy sustained with a slower release; and extra amino acid support from L-Glutamine. In addition to these, R3load also provides extra immune support from high levels of Vitamin C, as well as multiple electrolytes including potassium, chloride, sodium, calcium and magnesium, contributing towards the maintenance of normal bones, muscles function and blood pressure among others.
