Description
Kalamata olives are naturally sun-ripened on the tree before harvesting which takes places after the fruit has undergone full colour change, between Oct & Jan. Their Kalamata olives come from Laconia and Central Greece. These semi-mountainous areas provide a more firm fruit with exquisite characteristics.
