Each bag in our Mega Omega mix contains sunflower seeds (51%), pumpkin seeds (20%), hulled hemp seeds (6%), sesame seeds (6%), rapeseeds (6%), golden linseeds (3%), and brown linseeds (3%) that have been roasted to perfection. They are coated in a savoury sauce containing soya beans, water, sea salt and koji (Aspergillus oryzae). Store in a cool dry place and have fresh snacks ready when you are.
