Children’s Omega 3 syrup provides omega 3 fats plus synergistic nutrients. DHA omega 3 contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, cognition and vision. Vitamin A is also required for vision as well as skin health. Vitamin D is required for the immune system and adequate levels have been shown to decrease the likelihood of developing allergic conditions such as eczema and asthma. Vitamin C is also required for the maintenance of the immune system and for the absorption of iron. Children are learning and growing at a rapid rate and require more nutrients per kg of body weight than adults do.
