This sweet Indonesian soy sauce is gluten-free and really indispensable in the kitchen! Made with soybeans and according to an authentic Indonesian recipe. Sweet in taste and with a nice syrupy structure. Kecap Manis does not contain wheat. This makes this seasoning also suitable if you are hypersensitive to wheat or have a gluten allergy (celiac disease).
