Zesty, fruity, fresh and flavourful, the juniper berries are fermented with cabbage infusing their flavour into the sauerkraut making this an incredibly versatile and tasty condiment. Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial bacteria which plays a vital role in supporting gut health and immune function.
