A creamy white flour, full of flavour, Bacheldre's organic strong white flour is perfect for bread making and pizza bases. The historic Bacheldre Watermill was first recorded in 1575 and today, the Scott family maintain the mill to produce a very high quality flour. The slow milled process only slightly warms the flour leaving all the natural flavours intact.
