Their wheatgrass is grown on certified organic farms, located in the mineral-rich soil of an ancient sea bed in remote Utah, USA. The wheatgrass is harvested at its optimal maturity and is promptly transported, juiced, and cooled to maintain its fresh attributes. The juice is then dried into a powder using a proprietary method called Bioactive Dehydration, an ambient temperature spray drying process, that dries at less than 41°C (106°F) and causes virtually no thermal degradation. Because of the delicate drying process, their Organic Wheatgrass Juice Powder has the same colour, aroma, flavour, and nutritional characteristics as freshly squeezed juice. Wheatgrass is abundant in valuable nutrients such as chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes. The juice powder is completely pure, with no insoluble fibres, carriers, or additives.
